The event will be an opportunity to familiarise with the concept of Virtual Exchange (resp. COIL). You will also get a chance to reflect on your own teaching culture and discover the learning and teaching culture of the workshop participants from other countries. Additionally, the workshop will provide an opportunity to create a Virtual Exchange setting for your students in cooperation with the partners and to come up with the first ideas for fostering the collaboration of your students as part of joint classes.
The programme also covers the issue of challenges of work in the intercultural academic environment. The workshop will allow to network with other teachers of the UNIC-Alliance.
It will be conducted in English and divided into two parts: the first asynchronous online stage of about 30-45 minutes and the actual workshop of 2.5 h.

They do so by joint implementation of innovative solutions in the field of education and science and deep institutional integration. UNIC-Alliance focuses on the challenges faced by post-industrial cities, the role of universities in their transformation and building the potential of cities in key areas such as: social inclusion, diversity, sustainable development. University of Lodz joined the UNIC-Alliance in 2022.
