Grant Programmes – applications in my.visegrad from 1 September to 1 October, 12:00 noon
Visegrad Grants
Projects must involve organisations from at least three V4 countries (or from two neighbouring V4 countries in the case of cross-border projects). The maximum project duration is 18 months, and projects must address at least one of the programme objectives. Funding may cover up to 100% of eligible costs (including a maximum of 15% overhead costs). The typical grant amount ranges from EUR 25,000 to EUR 35,000.
Visegrad+ Grants
The grants support projects that contribute to democratisation and transformation processes in selected countries of the Western Balkans (WB6) and the Eastern Partnership (EaP). The standard partnership format is 3×V4 + 1×EaP/WB6 (or 2×V4 + 2×EaP/WB6 if the applicant is from an EaP/WB6 country). An exception applies to Ukraine: 1×UA + 2×V4. Projects may last for up to 18 months and must be implemented in the EaP/WB6 regions or have a significant impact on them. They must also address one of the programme’s priority areas. Funding may cover up to 100% of the project budget (including a maximum of 15% overhead costs). The typical grant amount ranges from EUR 25,000 to EUR 35,000.
Strategic Grants
Projects must involve organisations from all four V4 countries. Projects may run for between 12 and 36 months and must reflect one annual V4 strategic priority. Funding may cover up to 100% of eligible costs (including a maximum of 15% overhead costs). The typical grant amount ranges from EUR 35,000 to EUR 45,000.
Visegrad Fellowship Program – – applications in my.visegrad from 1 September to 30 November, 12:00 noon
Under this programme, the Fund supports individual short-term research stays for scholars from the V4 countries (citizens of the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) and Ukraine in V4 countries other than those of which they are citizens and in which they permanently reside. Fellowships are awarded for periods ranging from 2 to 10 weeks. Support is provided in the form of a lump-sum fellowship of EUR 500 per week, paid in two installments.

Autumn Info week
In connection with the autumn calls, the International Visegrad Fund encourages all interested applicants to take part in a series of online information sessions organised as part of the Autumn Info Week. During the thematic sessions, which will take place from 8 to 10 September, participants will have an opportunity to gain practical knowledge about applying for funding from the Fund. To participate in a selected session, registration must be completed by 7 September.
