The programme is extremely extensive – students and doctoral students of the University of Lodz and the Medical University of Lodz will be able to celebrate for over a week, taking part in various entertainment, sports as well as scientific and research events. Among other things, Rocket League tournament and a flanking game are planned. Club events are also in the programme. Additionally, there will be the traditional Rector's parade – the authorities of both universities will march through the student campus and get a glimpse of what the students will present. The sports part of the Student Festival will be traditionally held at the AZS stadium.
Two concert days!
Friday (10 May) and Saturday (11 May) are days of concerts – time for good fun with the participation of invited stars. Vito Bambino, Elektryczne Gitary, Guzior and Baranovski are some of them. The detailed concert programme and more performers will be announced soon

Rocket League, flanks, sports competitions, parade and Talking Science
On 6 -9 May, mainly entertainment events are planned, including: Rocket League tournament, club events and PubQuiz. After a long break, the iconic Juwenalia Parade returns to Piotrkowska Street (Wednesday, 8 May), which will open celebrations of the Student Festival throughout Lodz (activities as part the Lodz Academic Partnership bringing together 6 public universities in Lodz).
As every year, on Friday (10 May), before the concert events, sports competitions at the facilities of AZS Lodz and the UL Sports Facility will be held. There will be the traditional Rector's parade, during which the authorities of both universities will march through the student campus and get a glimpse of what the students have prepared. On the second day of concerts (11 May), students will be able to take part in a flanking game, and on Sunday they will be able to attend special Juwenalia breakfast.
On Monday and Tuesday (13 and 14 May), students and doctoral students of both universities will be able to take part in the training sessions and presentations by the Doctoral Schools of the University of Lodz and the Medical University of Lodz, as well as the Talking Science competition, during which young scientists will be able to show off their projects and research passions as well as compete for attractive prizes.

The 7th Day of the University of Lodz Doctoral Student (13-14 May)
On Monday and Tuesday (13 and 14 May), students and doctoral students of both universities will be offered training and presentations by the Doctoral Schools of the University of Lodz and Medical University of Lodz, as well as the Talking Science competition, during which young scientists will be able to present their projects and research passions and compete for attractive prizes.
This year's event is organised by the University of Lodz Doctoral Students' Government Council, the Communications and PR Centre and the University of Lodz Library. The event partner is the Medical University of Lodz.
On Monday (13 May), there will be many interesting and valuable lectures, training sessions and workshops addressed tor doctoral students, graduates and candidates for Doctoral Schools. The Faculty of Management of the University of Lodz will host a thematic panel on the popularisation of scientific research and two lectures – on popularising research and establishing cooperation and internationalisation of scientific research (the last one in English). The Doctoral Schools Centre will host training sessions and workshops on, among other things: submitting grant applications, legal and practical aspects of education at a doctoral school or taking care of mental well-being (in Polish and English).
"Open Doors Day" of the Doctoral Schools of the University of Lodz and the International Doctoral School of Medical University of Lodz, which will also be held at the Doctoral Schools Centre will constitute an important point of the event. As part of this initiative, students and graduates of higher education interested in education at doctoral schools will have the opportunity to learn about the offer and recruitment rules and meet doctoral students.
On Tuesday (14 May), the next edition of the Talking Science Competition for Students and Doctoral Students of the University of Lodz and the Medical University of Lodz will be held. The participants' task will be to present the topics of their scientific research/research interests in a way that is understandable to a wide audience. The speaking time cannot exceed 180 seconds! The jury will select the competition winners and the audience will select the winner of the special prize. The total amount of prizes is as much as PLN 32,000.

Eliminations of student music bands
Student bands wishing to perform on this year's Juwenalia stage free of charge have the possibility of doing so. Just submit your application! The Students' Government Councils of the University of Lodz and UMED will select the best bands from among the submitted applications. The bands will perform before commercial artists. Information about registration can be found on the event website.
Accessibility – facilities and other solutions during Juwenalia Student Festival
- on the occasion of Juwenalia (Student Festival) Prof. Dr hab. Elżbieta Żądzińska, Rector of the University of Lodz, has established 10 May (Friday) as a day off from classes at the University of Lodz.
- the event area is an open space, adapted to the needs of people with special needs (driveways to sidewalks, flat surface, separate zones near the stage for people with mobility disabilities);
- you can get to the student campus by public transport;
- on 10-12 May, additional public transport lines lines, i.e. J1 and J2 will be launched and the timetable of lines 86, N1A and N1B will change. Buses on lines 86, N4B, N7A, N7B and J2 will operate only in the form of articulated buses, while line J1 in the form of 2xKonstal 805Na trams. In addition, those with valid student ID cards on 10-12 May of the current year are entitled to travel free of charge on the following tram lines: 12, 15, 16, 18, 45, J1 and bus lines: 55, 57, 58A, 58B, 72A, 72B, 77, 86, 87A, 87B, J2, N4A, N4B, N5A , N5B, N7A, N7B (detailed information, including information on the operation of low-floor vehicles, is available on the website: www.mpk.lodz.pl),
- the student campus offers designated parking spaces for people with disabilities,
- security staff are trained and prepared to support people with special needs,
- the stage is located in a place ensuring good acoustics,
- the welcome of guests by the authorities of the University of Lodz and the Medical University of Lodz will be translated into Polish sign language,
- deaf people can choose a place with good visibility of the interpreter,
- people with mobility disabilities can count on assistance to reach the stage,
- the organiser provides a place nearby to put the wheelchair or any other additional equipmen,
- it is possible to enter the event area with an assistance dog,
- there will be intense sound and light effects throughout the event.
